Meitar represented Team8 Partners L.P, a venture capital fund specializing in the formation and facilitation of cyber security companies, in its investment round by AT&T, Mitsui, Temasek, Accenture and others.

Meitar represented Altair Semiconductor, provider of single-mode 4G LTE solutions, in its acquisition by Japanese electronics giant Sony for $212 million. This is the largest acquisition in the “Internet of Things” sector ever completed in Israel, and Sony’s first acquisition in Israel.
