Good news for High-Tech Employees – Status of Capital-Based Incentive Plans Reinforced.

A recent Nazareth District Court ruling enables many companies, mainly high-tech companies, to provide their employees with various compensation plans that will enable reduced tax payments, while making it difficult for the Tax Authority to object to such plans in retrospect. The department’s partners, Eldar Ben-Ruby and Keren Shitrit, were interviewed on the subject for an article in TheMarker and Globes.
