Representation of Big Shopping Centers in filing a petition to the Supreme Court
Our firm represented Big Shopping Centers in sending letters to the Corona Cabinet and Filing a petition to the Supreme Court, which functions as a High Court of Justice.
Filing the petition, sending the letters to the Corona Cabinet, and appearing in the Knesset Committee gave motivation for the Corona Cabinet in making the decision to change its decision and allow the opening of the open-air shopping centers. For more info, click here.
