Lihi Rabinowicz is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities  Group.

Lihi advises international and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, equity and debt financing. In addition, Lihi provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
