Avinoam Fachler is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Avinoam concentrates his practice on different aspects relating to corporate matters, commercial and securities law and other legal and business matters. Furthermore, Avinoam specializes in a wide range of international transactions and engagements, focusing on venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating cross-border commercial agreements (including in the field of intellectual property licensing, distribution and various service agreements), company formation and general corporate counseling.

Avinoam represents Israeli and international high-tech and technology companies across the wide range of industries, including software, cyber security, internet, media and telecommunications, as well as venture capital and private equity funds.

Avinoam joined Meitar in 2017 as an associate, after working and prior to that completing internship at another leading Tel Aviv law firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital group.
