Our team

Lior Gal is an associate in the firm’s Tax Group.

Lior advises clients on various domestic and international taxation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity-based plans, business restructuring, crypto, capital markets taxation, and tax rulings.

Prior to joining Meitar, Lior served as a Senior Tax Inspector in the Large Enterprises Tax Assessor’s Office of the Israeli Tax Authority. He later worked as a Senior Tax Inspector in the Business Restructuring Unit and the Capital Markets Taxation Unit in the Professional Affairs Division of the Israeli Tax Authority. Furthermore, he served as a lecturer and tutor in the income tax inspectors certification courses of the Israel Tax Authority and the MBT (Master of Business Taxation) degree courses at the College of Management (Academic Studies).
