Hadar Kapah is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Group.
Hadar specializes in labor law and litigation, representing clients before various instances and regulatory entities in arbitration, mediation and employment termination proceedings.
Additionally, Hadar advises the firm’s clients on an ongoing basis on various employment matters including termination, employment agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, employee rights and employment conditions and prevention of sexual harassment.
