Rom Givaty Rozentzvaig is an associate in the firm’s Employment & Benefits Group.

Rom advises clients on a variety of issues related to labor relations, including drafting employment agreements, consulting agreements and service agreements, as well as on matters pertaining to the employees’ rights and working conditions. Rom represents clients in procedures before various regulatory bodies, arbitration, mediation and employment termination proceedings, as well as representing clients in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
