Shira Schrieber is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Benefits Group.

Shira advises local and international corporations, companies and venture funds on a wide range of labor law matters, including employee recruitment, employment and consulting agreements, employee benefits (both employment and termination benefits) and termination procedures, and represents clients before the competent authorities in connection with dismissal of protected employees.

Shira also represents clients on labor and employment law aspects of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
