Tal Weintroib is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Groups.

Tal advises clients in entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature companies in mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate matters.  In addition, Tal advises clients in connection with regulatory authorities and governmental support programs provided by the Israeli National Technology and Innovation Authority (formerly known as the Office of the Chief Scientist)
