Shir Tiran is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shir represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all stages, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions.

In addition, Shir provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
