Shir Tiran is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Shir represents private and publicly traded companies in diverse corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures and strategic collaborations. Shir advises startups in all stages of growth on corporate and commercial matters.
In addition to her practice at the firm, Shir worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York.
