Tomer Shpiler is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Tomer represents venture capital and private investment funds, institutional investors, and emerging technology companies in a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including fund formation, equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on ongoing corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to joining Meitar, Tomer held roles in strategy and business development within the technology and investment sectors, where he led cross-functional projects and gained practical insight into the growth and operational challenges faced by startups and funds.
