Rebecca Dayan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Rebecca represents international and Israeli companies in all stages of their development, as well private equity funds, and individual entrepreneurs in international and domestic transactions, including M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, and technology-related and commercial transactions. In addition, Rebecca provides ongoing legal advice on corporate matters.
