Efrat Raudnitz is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Efrat represents Israeli and international companies in all stages of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and individual entrepreneurs in international and domestic transactions, including M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, and technology-related and commercial transactions. In addition, Efrat provides ongoing legal advice on a range of corporate and securities matters.
