Dorin Pendus is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Dorin advises and represents clients in a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt, equity financings and venture capital investments, joint venture and commercial agreements (including intellectual property licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and various services agreements). In addition, Dorin provides legal advises and works closely with entrepreneurs and investors in both early stage and growth phases of tech companies and supports their corporate decision making processes, fundraising, structural changes and strategic decisions.
