Michal Ofir is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Michal represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all stages, venture capital and private equity funds, and individual investors, in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions.

In addition, Michal provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
