Maya Noy is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Maya represents international and Israeli companies, including hi-tech companies in all stages of their development, as well as, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in M&A transactions, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.
In addition, Maya provides ongoing legal advice to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law-related matters.
