Biography
Galina Mindel is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Galina represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all stages of their develpment, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in M&A transactions, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.
In addition, Galina provides ongoing legal advice to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law-related matters.
