Nitzan Markovits is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Nitzan advises public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on securities matters, corporate and commercial matters, and compliance with Israeli securities laws and the rules of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Nitzan also represents companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity and debt offerings and tender offers.

• Representation of Danya Cebus Ltd. in its IPO on Tase.
• Representation of G-City Ltd. in the public offering of bond secured by real-estate.
• Representation of Gav-Yam Lands Corp. Ltd. in a transaction for the purchase of Hadarim Properties Ltd. from Property and Building Corp. Ltd, its controlling shareholder, in exchange for shares of Gav-Yam.
• Representation of Formula System Ltd. in the public offering of bond secured by traded shares of its subsidiaries.
• Representation of Generation Capital Ltd. in the formation of PowerGen Ltd., including a full tender offer for Solegreen Ltd., purchase of holdings in Rapac Eneregy Ltd. and in an investment from the Phoenix Group of NIS 260 for preferred shares.
