Lea specializes in the fields of pharma, agtech, foodtech and biotech.

Lea has over fifteen years of hands-on experience in strategic management of intellectual property portfolios, patent drafting and prosecution, infringement analysis, patentability analysis, validity and freedom to operate opinions, also patent oppositions, portfolio evaluations, clearance opinions, client pre-investment due diligence, and litigation support.
Prior to joining Meitar, Lea was managing Patent, Design, and PBR Practice in a law firm; Lea served as Head of IP at Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd. and as IP Director at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
