Omer Halavy is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Tax Group, focusing on real estate taxation.

Omer has extensive experience in this field, particularly specializing in complex transactions, including urban renewal projects such as “Tama 38,” real estate barter transactions, unique land options, purchase groups etc.

Omer provides legal opinions and tax planning services to leading companies and individuals, advising them on an ongoing basis on various tax issues. Omer assists his clients in preparation of reports and assessments, obtaining tax rulings and making other arrangements with the Israel Tax Authority.

Omer represents both private and corporate clients in negotiations with the Israel Tax Authority in assessment procedures and before Israeli courts.
