Dana Guter Dardac is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Dana represents international and Israeli companies, including hi-tech companies in all phases of their development, from new start-ups to large international organizations. Furthermore, Dana advises venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors.
Her practice includes venture capital and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions, cross-border M&A and capital financing.
