Roy Glogau is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Roy advises international and domestic clients, including technology companies and venture capital funds, on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financing. In addition, Roy provides ongoing legal advice on corporate and securities matters.
