Yonatan Gazit is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Israeli Corporate and Capital Market Groups.

Yonatan represents private and publicly traded corporations in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions, mostly in the Israeli capital market, including private and public debt and equity financings s on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Yonatan also advises companies with respect to a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including their interactions with the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In addition, Yonatan represents corporations in a wide range of international and domestic corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity financings.
