Atira Erlichster is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Atira advises international and domestic public and private companies in areas of corporate, securities, and general commercial law. Atira’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and public offerings in the U.S. Atira also advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on matters pertinent to their disclosure obligations, corporate governance, and securities offerings.
