Guy Elzam is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Departments.
Guy advises public and private companies on corporate and securities law matters, including venture capital investments, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Guy also advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on matters related to their disclosure obligations, corporate governance, and securities offerings.
