Efrat Netzanet Asaya is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Efrat advises international and Israeli companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies at all stages of their development, on various aspects of incorporation, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions. Efrat also provides ongoing legal advice to companies.
