Saar Bengal is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Banking and Finance and Projects Departments.

Throughout his career, Saar has successfully led numerous complex transactions, both internationally and domestically, across various fields, such as financing transactions (including bank financing and venture capital); mergers and acquisitions; civil engineering and infrastructure projects, and technological projects; and transactions in diverse industrial and commercial sectors, inter alia.

Saar has led various complex financing transactions, primarily different types of bank financing (venture lending, AR Financing, company acquisition, and project financing, etc.), as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. In this regard, Saar has represented both financial institutions (including banks and funds) and borrowers.

Saar also has extensive experience in leading international and local projects, mainly in the following areas: civil engineering and infrastructure projects (including water pumping and conveyance projects, water treatment projects, airport and factory construction projects); technology projects (including representing a leading bank in its network infrastructure modernization project and digital signature system and investment advisory digital platform implementation and integration projects; ERP projects; document scanning and storage systems implementation; computer graphics-based projects); and various industrial and commercial sector projects (including setting up a computer-aided manufacturing system).

Saar has managed numerous and diverse M&A and investment transactions, including companies, assets, and business operations acquisitions and sales transactions,  both domestically and internationally (including the USA, Australia, and Romania).

Saar also handles various industrial and commercial transactions (franchising, licensing, distribution, reseller, procurement and sale of industrial equipment and raw materials, joint ventures, service, and consulting agreements) and in the corporate field (including founders’ and partnership agreements, incentive plans, and more) and provides ongoing support and advice in all corporate law practice areas.
