In the course of his professional career, Saar successfully led numerous complex domestic and international transactions in a number of commercial law areas of practice, mainly M&A transactions, infrastructure and technology projects and financing transactions.

Saar has handled many M&A transactions both in Israel and abroad and represented multinational companies in transactions involving sales and acquisitions of companies, operations and assets in the U.S., Australia and Romania. Moreover, Saar handled numerous transactions involving investments, sales and acquisitions of companies in a range of business fields (infrastructure, hi-tech, services, etc.).

Saar has vast experience in leading international and domestic projects, mainly in the following areas: infrastructure projects (such as water pumping, circulation and treatment; railcar manufacturing facility in Russia); technology projects (including representation of Bank Leumi in its online banking system upgrade project, implementation and integration of electronic signatures and digital investment advice systems projects; ERP systems; computer graphics; voice analysis systems); and industrial projects and transactions (including in the plastics industry).

Furthermore, Saar represented financial institutions (such as Bank Leumi and various funds) and companies in a series of diverse and complex transactions, including: representation of the Startup Financing Division of Bank Leumi and handling a series of financing transactions of Bank Leumi; venture lending; mezzanine financing; AR financing; companies and projects acquisition financing; etc.
