Merav Ben-Artzi Halpern is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Merav has vast experience in representing Israeli and international clients in commercial and economic disputes, including representing directors and officers in class and derivative actions pertaining to directors and officers liability, representing corporations in complex cases pertaining to competition law, product liability and toxic torts. Furthermore, Merav has extensive experience in representing corporations and individuals in complex disputes raising issues related to trusts, partnerships and private international law.

• Representation of former directors and acting officers of Sodastream Ltd. in a class action filed by the company shareholder, pertaining to “going-private” transaction, claiming hundreds of millions U.S.  dollars in damages.
• Representation of former and acting directors of Export Investment Co. Ltd. in the class action pertaining to minority oppression and affecting stock value, claiming tens of millions of NIS in damages.
• Representation of numerous (public and private) companies, such as Taboola.com, Kornit Digital and One Zero Bank in proceedings to approve distribution under the Companies Law.
• Representation a company in a  class action pertaining to claims of monopolistic excessive pricing contrary to the Competition Law, claiming billions of NIS in damages.
• Representation of the Tel Aviv New Central Bus Station in a class action pertaining to air pollution hazard, claiming millions of NIS in damages.
• Representation of Lev Yam Aquaculture Ltd. in a contractual dispute.
