Yuval Beit Halachmi is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Yuval represents international and Israeli companies, including hi-tech companies in all stages of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in M&A transactions, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.
In addition, Yuval provides ongoing legal advice to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law-related matters.
