Tal Arad is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, specializing in commercial transactions as well as antitrust.

Tal represents both domestic and international clients in a wide range of commercial transactions and provides ongoing legal advice to her clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.

Tal’s antitrust practice covers all areas of competition law including complex mergers, joint ventures, restrictive trade practices, and abuse of monopoly power proceedings. Tal has extensive experience representing both domestic and multinational clients before the Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal, and in civil litigation. Tal offers ongoing antitrust counsel to corporations, senior management, and officeholders, and provides training to managers and employees as part of compliance programs.

Prior to joining Meitar, Tal was a senior associate at several leading law firms in Tel Aviv.

Tal’s international experience includes an MBA from London Business School and a variety of commercial roles in the biopharmaceutical industry. Tal is a Novartis alumnus and a graduate of the Abbott Laboratories Management Development Program (MDP), a leadership program developing talents to fill commercial and general management positions. While at Abbott, Tal worked in their immunology product division and nutrition businesses in both the UK and Israel.

In 2005 and 2006, Tal was a co-author of the Israel Antitrust Law chapters in ‘Year in Review’ published by the American Bar Association.
