Yotam Alkalay is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Group.

Yotam specializes in representing international and Israeli companies in complex litigation cases across various fields, focusing on intricate legal disputes related to employment relations.

Yotam appears before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, including the Employment Committee of the Ministry of Defense, the Women Labor Commissioner, the Ministry of Economy, and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, among others.

In addition, Yotam advises the firm’s clients on a wide range of labor law matters, including issues related to the termination of employment (including senior employees), drafting employment agreements, service agreements and agreements with manpower companies, employment of workers with disabilities, and more.
