Adina Shapiro is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.

Adina is one of the leading players in the Israeli market in the field of data center transactions, including development, debt financing, equity investments and M&A transactions.

Adina also has extensive experience in international transactions across a wide spectrum of industries, including digital infrastructure investments and mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector.

Adina is an officer of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is a member of the IBA Legal Practice Division AI Working Group. She is a frequent speaker at international conferences on M&A, business law, artificial intelligence, and the strategic role of digital infrastructures in global commerce.

Beyond her legal practice, Adina has taken a leading role in promoting diversity and social inclusion within the legal profession and broader society. She leads philanthropic initiatives focused on strengthening employment opportunities for Arab and minority communities in Israel. She serves as Chair of the Israeli Friends of the Israel Museum and as a director of several major cultural and philanthropic organizations, including the Jewish Funders Network, the Jerusalem International YMCA and Co-Impact – The Partnership for Breakthrough in Arab Employment.
