The Entry Of Foreign Nationals Into Israel During Covid-19

The Israeli Ministry of the Interior (“MOI”) has announced an upcoming substantial relaxation of orders related to the entry policy of foreign nationals into the State of Israel, expected to be effective as of July 1, 2021.

According to the MOI’s announcement, foreign nationals who are vaccinated will be able to enter Israel (for non-working purposes), without the need for any prior approval.

The MOI also stated that the new entry policy is expected to be published after the completion of instructions from the MOI and the Ministry of Health (“MOH”), which will include further details such as a list of approved countries and the types of approved vaccines.
