Bio-Oz Liquidator Withdraws Lawsuit against the Company’s Executives; the Judge: “There was No Flaw
Last week, the Be’er Sheva District Court rejected the claim of the liquidator of Bio-Oz, who sought to charge our client, who was a director of the company, with payment of all of the company’s debts, based on the claim that the defendants had successfully used intellectual property and knowledge developed by the company for the benefit of another company they owned, which they sold for more than $100 million. After conducting evidentiary hearings, including testimony of expert witnesses, and submitting summations, Judge Sarah Dovrat rejected the claim, including all its components, and determined that there had been no flaw in the conduct of the defendants. The client was successfully represented by Adv. Pinni Yaniv, a partner in our firm’s litigation department.
