Representation of Pach Taas Group in the selling of 70% of its shares

Our firm represented Pach Taas Group and its shareholders, in the agreement to sell 70% of the shares of the group to Tadiran Holdings for more than NIS 100 million. The Pach Taas Group activity includes industrial air- conditioning involving semiconductors, pharma, construction, and agriculture and construction of industrial clean rooms. Court Cancels Ministry of Defense Tender: Violates Rights of IDF Disabled Veterans

In a precedent-setting ruling of the Tel Aviv District Court it was determined that the Ministry of Defense tender would be canceled because it violates the rights of IDF disabled veterans.
