Representation of Endemol Group in its investment in Reshet by acquiring 33% of Reshet for NIS 100 m

Meitar represented Endemol Group, the world’s largest independent production company in its investment in Reshet, one of Israel’s leading broadcasters. Endemol acquired 33% of Reshet for NIS 100 million and entered into a strategic partnership with Reshet. The transaction, which required regulatory approvals (broadcasting and antitrust), closed in April 2014.
