IVC – Meitar 2014 Exits Report
We are pleased to attach the IVC-Meitar report on exit transactions in the Israeli hi-tech sector in 2014, which was released this week at a joint presentation by the IVC Research Center and our firm. As the report shows, 2014 was a banner year for IPO’s and M&A transactions involving Israeli hi-tech companies.
We are especially proud that Meitar has continued its dominant role in this market, representing acquirers or targets, as well as issuers or underwriters, in most of these transactions.
