Employment Lawyer (Corporate)
About The Position
Advising and supporting clients, primarily in aspects related to the corporate world.
The work includes conducting due diligence reviews and drafting legal documents related to transactions, including DD reports.
In addition, the role includes advising and supporting international and Israeli companies, mainly in the high-tech sector, on labor and employment law matters, drafting various agreements, hearing summons, termination letters, legal opinions, and the like.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in labore related aspects of transactions, as well as providing labor and employment law advice to high-tech companies.
- Candidates from the corporate field who have not yet worked in labor and employment law and are willing to make a professional transition may also be considered.
- A very high level of English, including writing and drafting skills; native-level proficiency is preferred.
