Elnatan advises clients on all aspects of technology and intellectual property matters, commercial agreements, data protection and privacy issues, as well as on software, open source issues, licensing, trademarks and intellectual property transactions. He advises technology and startup companies, including software developers, SaaS companies, research and development, sales and other commercialization of hardware and software products, NFT creators and information aggregators and advises on establishing privacy compliance programs, as well as on internet, copyright, trademark and intellectual property issues in M&A and other transactions, such as trademark registration, licensing, commercialization and sale of intellectual property assets, privacy issues and commercial agreements.
