Roey Ben Guy is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group.
Roey advises major domestic and international companies on all aspects of antitrust law, including complex mergers, joint ventures, monopolies and restrictive trade practices, representing them before the Israeli Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal and in courts and assisting in putting in place corporate competition law compliance policies.
