Shauli Zaifrani is a Senior Associate at the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shauli advises domestic and international clients, such as Hi-Tech companies in various stages of their development as well as venture capital funds, private equity funds and private investors.

Shauli’s practice includes venture capital and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions, cross-border M&A and capital financing, as well as ongoing legal advice to corporate clients.
