Nir specializes in a variety of complex real estate transactions involving residential, office and commercial buildings.

Nir also advises real estate developers in residential and commercial construction projects, real estate sale and purchase agreements, purchase groups, joint venture agreements, construction work agreements and project financing.

Nir has significant experience in representing the firm’s clients before various Governmental agencies, including the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registration Office, the Tax Authority and municipal authorities.

Nir also specializes in the field of urban renewal and represents major developers in various types of urban renewal projects.
