Bat-Sheva Austin is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, representing start-up, emerging growth and mature companies, as well as venture capital funds and individual entrepreneurs, advising them on a range of corporate and commercial matters and facilitating domestic and international commercial and financing transactions, including private equity and venture capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, private debt and equity offerings, technology licensing, distribution agreements and a range of other commercial and corporate transactions.
