Dana Aminetzah is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Dana advises technology companies on all aspects of the company’s life-cycle – from establishment, through ongoing operations and business strategies, via negotiations of debt and equity financing transactions, as well as commercial transactions and up to M&A transactions. Dana also represents venture capital funds, private and strategic investors in various commercial transactions, including equity investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations.
