Laura Bertilotti, who is admitted in the state of New York and France, is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance Department.
Laura advises Israeli and international companies and financial institutions in connection with financing transactions.
Prior to joining Meitar, Laura worked at Cleary Gottlieb, Cadwalader and Paul Hastings in New York, served as general counsel of the auction house Sotheby’s for France, Belgium and Monaco and was a legal director at Asserson Law Offices in Tel Aviv.
Laura teaches art law at Sciences Po Law School in Paris and LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
