Rudy Rimal is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.

Rudy advises international and domestic clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, private investors, technology companies, and industrial companies, at all stages of their development.

As part of his practice, Rudy advises clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters and represents them in mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, and complex commercial transactions, while providing ongoing legal advice tailored to their business needs.
