Avia Ickovics is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Group.
Avia represents startups and mature technology companies through all phases of their development, from incorporation through ongoing operations, commercial agreements, equity financing and M&A transactions. In addition, Avia represents venture capital funds, private and strategic investors and corporations in M&A, equity investment and other business transactions. Avia’s work focuses on Israeli startups active in the North American markets and US investors investing in Israeli startups.
