Max Finkel, who is admitted in the state of New York, is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.

Max advises startups and mature technology companies across all stages of growth. His practice encompasses debt and equity financings, equity compensation programs, commercial agreements, and M&A transactions. Max also represents venture capital funds and private and strategic investors in equity financings, acquisitions, and other investment transactions. His work focuses on Israeli companies and funds operating in the United States, as well as American investors in Israeli technology companies.
