Hannah Kenley, who is admitted in England, is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.

Hannah advises and represents private and publicly traded corporations, venture capital and private equity funds, strategic investors, startups, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, investments, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters.
